§ 4-3. Days and hours of sale.

(a)

This section is adopted in accordance with the provisions of F.S. § 562.14 and only applies to the territory of the county not included within any municipality.

(b)

The term "alcoholic beverages" when used herein shall be taken to mean all beverages containing more than one percent of alcohol by volume. The percentage of alcohol by volume shall be determined by measuring the volume of the standard ethyl alcohol in the beverage and comparing it with the volume of the remainder of the ingredients as though said remainder ingredients were distilled water.

(c)

Alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed or served or permitted to be served, or consumed, in any place holding a license under the state division of beverage on the days and hours as follows:

(1)

7:00 a.m. Monday until 2:00 a.m. Tuesday.

(2)

7:00 a.m. Tuesday until 2:00 a.m. Wednesday.

(3)

7:00 a.m. Wednesday until 2:00 a.m. Thursday.

(4)

7:00 a.m. Thursday until 2:00 a.m. Friday.

(5)

7:00 a.m. Friday until 2:00 a.m. Saturday.

(6)

7:00 a.m. Saturday until 2:00 a.m. Sunday.

(d)

Except as set forth in subsection (c) of this section, alcoholic beverages shall not be sold, consumed or served, or permitted to be sold, consumed or served in any place holding a license under the state division of beverage.
