§ 38-50. Health studios; consumer protection.

The clerk shall not issue or renew a business tax receipt for the operation of a health studio pursuant to F.S. §§ 501.012—501.019, or ballroom dance studio pursuant to F.S. § 501.143, unless such business exhibits a current license, registration, or letter of exemption from the department of agriculture and consumer services.
